Villeray is located between Petite Patrie and Autoroute 40. The neighborhood’s tree-lined streets, historic buildings and local festivals provide residents with a sense of community spirit and tranquility while the close proximity to downtown offers convenience. There is a wide variety of ethnicities represented in Villeray. Residents can enjoy bicycle paths, outdoor markets, community gardens and lots of outdoor space. Jarry Park has cricket and soccer fields, a skate park, a pool, tennis and basketball courts and a lake.

Parc-Extension, referred to as Park Ex by residents, is situated at the north end of Park Avenue. This affordable neighborhood hosts a diverse array of nationalities and cultures, which gives a vibrant atmosphere to the area. Residents can enjoy the urban oasis of Jarry Park, shops, restaurants and convenient access to public transportation. Two Montreal Metro stations and a commuter rail station serve the neighborhood of Parc-Extension.

Cultural, educational and ethnically diverse, Saint-Michel is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Quebec. The area is known for being the headquarters of the circus group Cirque Du Soleil, and it offers a variety of shops, restaurants, museums and other attractions. Saint-Michel is part of the Montreal Metro’s blue line and has a large community of residential students who attend the nearby University of Montreal.
