Villeray is located between Petite Patrie and Autoroute 40. The neighborhood’s tree-lined streets, historic buildings and local festivals provide residents with a sense of community spirit and tranquility while the close proximity to downtown offers convenience. The area is known for being the headquarters of the circus group Cirque Du Soleil, and it offers a variety of shops, restaurants, museums and other attractions. Saint-Michel is part of the Montreal Metro’s blue line and has a large community of residential students who attend the nearby University of Montreal.
